Job Title: Open Rank - Assistant Professor - Associate Professor

Job Summary:

This position is for an Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor in the division of Endocrinology. The primary responsibility involves outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders. Additional duties include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, along with scholarly activities.

This is a 1.0 FTE position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical: Conduct eight half-day Endocrinology clinics weekly at the Lone Tree location.
  • Teaching: Educate medical students, residents, and fellows in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Scholarly activity: Participate in conferences, QA/QI projects, and other scholarly pursuits.
Required Competencies:
  • Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes.
Work Location:

Onsite in Lone Tree, CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • MD/DO degree
  • 0-4 years of experience (Instructor/Assistant Professor level)
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Endocrinology
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Colorado
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm for academic medicine, clinical care, teaching, research
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
