  St. Anthony Hospital is looking for Urgent December coverage with their Gastroenterology team. Site requires ERCP to be considered. BID DUE DATE:

  Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5200 and below - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis
  24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7800 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis
  
  Call Back 525 and below Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back 787.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. Average callback hours: 11.5 hours

  Job duties:
  
  Scoping ERCP EUS Endoscopy GI Bleed Evaluation of GI problems. EMR: EPIC Support Staff:
  None Reason for coverage:
  Gaps in coverage and locum requiring breaks June/July/Aug 2025.EMR Required Training:
  
  Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into applicant in training to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account. Module learn lessons Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
  
  EMR Virtual PPL training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training before first day details can be released. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.

  Adult Geriatric Adolescent Admissions 8-10 new patients amp follow ups. 5-8 scopes per day.
  15 years old and 50 kilograms for a pediatric trauma. Otherwise Pediatric patients are not admitted to the facility.
  
  GI does not admit they are just a consult service.
  24/7 intensivists amp hospitalists /7 Trauma Services at site.
