- Types of Cases: Orthopedic surgery
- Credentialing: 30 days, Emergency Privileges available
- Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery
- Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, DEA
- Licensure: Active Colorado license required or IMLC with LOQ in hand
