Since 1968, Boulder Centre for Orthopedics & Spine has proudly served Boulder, Broomfield, and the Colorado Front Range with top-tier musculoskeletal care. With 16 fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and 2 physiatrists, we are the region’s most preferred orthopedic team and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a fellowship-trained

Total Joint Surgeon who is passionate about patient-centered care, collaboration, and enjoying the Colorado lifestyle.

• Long-standing, physician-led, private practice
• Built-in referral base with high surgical volume
• Two state-of-the-art locations with MRI, CT, DME, Physical & Occupational Therapy
• Two ambulatory surgery centers onsite for seamless patient care
• Work alongside a fun, supportive, and hardworking team of fellowship-trained providers

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of an Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Fellowship
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure and DEA registration
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Interest in building lasting patient relationships within an active, outdoor-driven community
• Have a strong interest in Trauma

• Specialize in primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty
• Participate in call rotation, outreach opportunities, and community engagement
• Collaborate with experienced APPs, therapists, and a robust clinical support team
• Help shape the future of joint care within the Front Range community
