Highly competitive hourly rate: $40.00 - $46.89 per hour.
Specific Part‑Time ScheduleTotal Commitment: Approximately 20-24 hours per week.
Didactic/Theory Instruction: Three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Note:
The Clinical Instructor schedule (Thursday & Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) is a separate opportunity. This posting is primarily for the Didactic role, requiring M‑W availability.
- Prepare and deliver engaging instruction based on approved nursing curriculum.
- Lead dynamic, high‑fidelity simulation lab activities; training on our simulation equipment and pedagogy is provided.
- Supervise, evaluate, and mentor students in all learning environments.
- Provide academic advising to support student progression and NCLEX readiness.
- Participate in curriculum and program quality improvement.

Required Qualifications (CNEA Alignment)
- Education (Required): Master’s in Nursing (MSN) OR Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) plus current, active enrollment in an MSN program. Commitment to completing the graduate program is essential.
- Licensure: Current, active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical nursing experience providing direct patient care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Simulation
Experience:
Background in conducting high‑fidelity simulation or skills lab instruction. - Prior experience teaching, precepting, or charge nurse roles.
