• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum consistently with the needs of each child.

• Support center success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, ability to multitask.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures in low levels to maintain contact with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
