Estimator – CML Security, LLC

The Estimating Coordinator works closely with the Chief Estimator to support the bid process by providing administrative assistance in gathering, calculating, and compiling data for use in creating project and proposal estimates.

• Partner with the Chief Estimator to provide requested information throughout the bid process.
• Organize and maintain bid documents.
• Assist with takeoffs.
• Support bid process by inputting data into appropriate systems.
• Create documents to support handoff process from Estimating to Operations.
• Maintain bid calendar and communicate deadlines to the appropriate parties to keep the bid process on target.
• Lift up to 10 lbs.
• Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.
• Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.
• Maintain the standards, culture and values of CML Security.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree or related experience required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite of software.
• On‑screen takeoff experience preferred.
• OSHA‑10 certification.

$20–$30 per hour.
