Staff Technician – Trihydro Corporation Job Summary
This full‑time Staff Technician will work under supervision to support remediation system operation and maintenance (O&M). The role involves operating and maintaining water treatment systems, field monitoring, repairing pumps, replacing hoses and fittings, evaluating and optimizing systems, groundwater and surface water sampling, monitoring water levels, inspections, field work coordination, and health and safety oversight. The position requires approximately 40–45 hours per week, outdoor field work in an industrial setting, and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities- Inspection and maintenance of remediation system operation.
- Environmental sampling and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Remediation system maintenance.
- Safety leadership.
- Daily field report writing and documentation.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills (previous mechanical system O&M experience and/or electrical controls experience preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A state industrial wastewater license or certification (preferred) or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.
- Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing high‑quality project deliverables on schedule.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
- Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to other regional client sites, as needed (up to 25% of the time).

Pay range: $20–$27 per hour (general guideline). Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
