This posting is for our Project Engineering Talent Pipeline, primarily supporting clients in the Phoenix metro area and other key markets. We are currently hiring for many of these positions, but headcount needs and openings shift regularly. We encourage you to apply to both active roles and this pipeline posting so we can consider you for current and future opportunities. We review applicants proactively and contact qualified candidates as relevant roles become available.

We're building a bench of Project Engineering professionals at all levels, supporting industrial and mission-critical construction projects.

We typically support clients with roles such as:
  • Senior Project Engineers & Constructability/Field Engineering Leads (up to $160,000)
  • Project Engineers (up to $140,000)
  • Field Engineers / Entry-Level Engineers (up to $95,000)
Responsibilities

Depending on level and assignment, responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting Project Managers and field leaders by managing RFIs, submittals, and technical documentation.
  • Reviewing drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications to identify clashes, constructability issues, or missing information.
  • Coordinating with design teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical questions in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with quantity takeoffs, material tracking, and status updates for critical equipment and systems.
  • Supporting planning and sequencing efforts by aligning engineering information with field execution needs.
  • Helping maintain as-built documentation, change records, and updated drawing sets.
  • Participating in or supporting inspections, QA/QC checks, punch list activities, and commissioning/startup efforts.
  • For field engineer roles: spending significant time on site, verifying installation against design intent and capturing field conditions.
  • For senior-level roles: acting as a technical resource across multiple projects, mentoring junior project engineers/field engineers, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering workflows.
