Position Overview The Industrial Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing manufacturing operations by designing efficient plant layouts, improving process flows, and establishing accurate labor and capacity requirements. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to drive safety, productivity, quality, and delivery performancewhilesupportingnewproductlaunchesandoperationalexcellenceinitiatives.

Through data-drivenanalysisandprocessoptimization,the Industrial Engineerhelpsensurethefacilityoperatesatpeakefficiencyandispositionedtomeetcustomerandbusinessobjectives.

What you'll do Develop,implement,andoptimizeplantlayouts,processlayouts,andmaterialflowstrategiestoimprovesafety,quality,andoperationalefficiency.

Conductcycletimestudies,laboranalyses,andworkforceplanningactivitiestosupportproductionrequirementsandcapacityutilization.

Analyzeproductionprocessesandbalancemanufacturinglinestomaximizeproductivityandeliminateinefficiencies.

Performergonomicassessmentsandsafetyevaluations,implementingcorrectiveactionstoreduceriskandimproveworkplaceconditions.

Leadandparticipateinindustrialengineeringstudies,capacityanalyses,andcontinuousimprovementinitiativesacrossmanufacturingoperations.

Supportnewproductlaunchesandprocesstransfersbyestablishinglayouts,process flows,cycle times,andstaffingrequirements.

Partnerwithcross-functionalteamstodevelopandmaintainstandardwork,operational metrics,andperformanceimprovementplans.

Identifyandremoveindustrialengineering-relatedbarriersthatmayimpactsafety,quality,productivity,ordeliveryperformance.

Who you are Bachelor'sdegreein

Industrial

Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,orarelatedengineeringdiscipline.

Minimumof3yearsof Industrial Engineeringexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment ;5+years preferred.

Demonstratedexperienceconductingtimestudies,laborplanning,cycletimeanalysis,andcapacityplanning.

Knowledgeofplantlayoutdesign,process optimization,line balancing,andworkflowimprovementmethodologies.

Experienceperformingergonomicassessmentsandapplyingworkplacesafetyprinciplesinmanufacturingenvironments.

Strong analytical,problem-solving,anddatainterpretationskillswiththeabilitytomakedata-driven recommendations.

Effectivecommunicationandcollaborationskillswiththeabilitytoinfluencecross-functionalteamsandstakeholders.

Provenabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities,projects,anddeadlinesinafast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ,particularly

Excel;familiarity with

Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvementmethodologiespreferred .Abilitytoworkinbothofficeandmanufacturingenvironments,including standing,walking,climbing stairs/ladders,andoccasionallyassistingwithmovingmaterialsweighing
