Dealer - Table Games (Part-Time) at Bally’s Corporation

• Give genuine customer service to our internal and external guests
• Deal Blackjack
• Accept bets
• Build and maintain rapport with guests
• Pays winners and collects from non-winners
• Handles player transactions
• Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons
• Fills and credits tables according to established guidelines and procedures
• Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls
• Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role
• Other duties as required

• A Colorado Division of Gaming Support license is required for this position
• Previous gaming experience preferred
• Knowledge of ICMP's and Division of Gaming Regulation/Rules
• Ability to apply and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
• Previous money handling and guest service experiences preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have an outgoing friendly personality
• Must enjoy dealing with people
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests
• Able to work all shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays
