Table Games Supervisor II

- Evaluate players and dealers to identify rule violators and detect cheating.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of blackjack, casino, roulette, baccarat, and craps.
- Communicate suspected violations to supervisory personnel using hand signals, telephone, or voice.
- Inspect cards and gaming equipment for damage or substitution.
- Hold dealers accountable for violations of gaming and house rules/policies.
- Calculate payout accuracy.
- Apply the procedures, payouts, cheque handling, and game protection for all table games at Bally’s Black Hawk.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Division of Gaming regulations and Internal Control Minimum Procedures.
- Manage bankroll effectively.
- Rate players’ table‑game play.
- Coach and discipline team members to uphold service standards and proper demeanor.
- Provide excellent external and internal customer service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisor experience in a Table Games department.
- Ability to supervise all dealers on assigned shift.
- Excellent communication skills with each department, including Slots, Security, and Food & Beverage.
- Positive response to guest or team‑member issues, ensuring the best possible experience.
- Knowledge of company policies, safety regulations, and Colorado Gaming rules and regulations.
