Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execution of on-floor promotions and events at both The Lodge and Gilpin Casinos
• Establish relationships and create goodwill with guests
• Thorough understanding of all Winners Club benefits, including premium club requirements and benefits—Ability to answer guest questions about club benefits.
• Administrative duties as needed, such as internal mailings, assistance with compilation of promotional reports, etc.
• Proofread detailed Marketing materials for advertising efforts and direct mail communication
• Assist with company social media postings as assigned
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
  Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

• Must have strong communication and public speaking skills, including proficiency using microphone to make overhead promotional announcements
• Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail
• The ability to understand and navigate slot tracking, promotional, and slot tournament software
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification & Anti-Money Laundering Compliance required
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Gaming experience required
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
