Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Correctly perform machine key chip setup functions of slot equipment/device
• Troubleshoot using diagnostic table/equipment to board level of all slot devices
• Perform preventive maintenance of slot equipment/machines and system
• Assist in Customer/Gaming/Audit discrepancies as needed
• Basic understanding of electronics
• Thorough understanding of ICMP, Colorado Rules and Regulations and internal policies as pertaining to Slots, machine moves, conversions, progressives, installs and upgrades
• Assist Slot Floor staff when needed
• Assist CDOG with gaming disputes, thefts, and compliance issues
• Capable of performing machine variance investigations
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
  Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, gaming documents and troubleshooting manuals
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
• Prior slot technician experience
• Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming License
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
