Jake’s Food Attendant Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for food quality and speed of service to meet company and guest standards
- Knowledge of State of Colorado and company health and safety procedures of proper food handling
- Working with a touch screen computer, legible writing skills and knowledgeable in money handling
- Removal of trash in deli and dining room
- Supervise all of the activities of the Deli in the absence of the Manager
- Scheduling and payroll for employee
- Ordering and maintaining sufficient par level of product
- Processing guest comments and concerns
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- Must be 18 or older
- Basic Computer Skills
- Food preparation experience helpful
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
