Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assign tasks to staff and inspect completed work for compliance with casino standards
- Oversee and assist in the functions and duties that maintain the casinos
- Direct reporting of structural repairs to the Housekeeping Manager
- Maintain and adjust production schedules for completing job assignments
- Assist Housekeeping Manager in analyzing and resolving work‑related problems
- Assist in answering guest inquiries while working on the casino floor
- Supervise and train staff to handle daily job‑requested tasks
- Perform administrative duties
- Coordinate additional assignments given by Manager, Director, and GM
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti‑Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- Must be fluent in English—Spanish skills strongly preferred
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical journals
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
