Maintain control of and oversee all activities on the assigned table games. Assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience for guests. Pay between $32.00 and $34.00 per hour based on experience.

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Resolve issues, disputes and correct errors as needed.
• Monitor game activity at all times.
• Control gaming cards and equipment.
• Use table, shoe and paddle correctly.
• Ensure the winning bets are accurately and promptly paid and correct any dealer errors as required.
• Maintain TiPS certification.
• Manage administration of table fills and credits, player ratings and rundowns.
• Assist in monitoring staffing levels to maintain full coverage and budgetary compliance.
• Analyze guests’ play to monitor for cheating scams, card counters and unusual or suspicious variations in play.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures and team and guest information.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, developing, counseling and terminating department staff.
• Administer disciplinary action as necessary.
• Write and deliver thorough performance reviews for team members.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred.
• Proficiency in all games offered is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions in English.
• Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
• Good eye-hand coordination.
• Able to add monies and chips in order to properly payout winning bets.
• Knowledge of theft techniques.
• Good guest service and communication skills.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

• Walk, stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently bend, reach, occasionally crouch or stoop.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Make ongoing repetitive motions of the arms and hands.
• Constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights, and loud noise levels.
