Responsibilities:

Deal all required poker games accurately and in accordance with established house rules and procedures.

Provide courteous, attentive guest service while supporting Monarch’s service standards.

Process guest buy-ins and payouts accurately, handling money and chips according to established procedures.

Verify game fills and credits.

Manage wagers and award winning pots accurately in accordance with house rules.

Protect the integrity and security of the game and safeguard money and chips.

Notify the Casino Games Supervisor promptly of irregularities in guest play or transactions.

Maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and other departments.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Previous dealing experience or completion of dealing school required.

Ability to deal all required poker games accurately and follow established procedures.

Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to communicate game information and understand written instructions.

Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and other departments.

Successfully complete required pre-employment criminal background screening and drug screening.

Physical requirements include standing for the duration of the shift, bending, stooping, and continuously using hands to perform dealing duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
