ThePosition
The Client Service Representative – In Training (CSRIT) is an onsite position with no remote opportunities. The program is designed to provide valuable training and work experience to individuals wishing to begin a career in the banking industry.
Duties- Perform a variety of teller functions, including paying and receiving functions, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, stop payments, and wires.
- Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
- Assist clients in person, via phone, mail, and online banking with bookkeeping, account questions, and banking product information.
- Actively cross‑sell the bank’s products and services.
- Complete clerical side‑jobs and assist branch managers and administrators with additional duties as assigned.
- Provide prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of teller and cash handling operations procedures.
- Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.
- Minimum of one year of cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
Hiring salary range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Salary increases through the training phases: $20.00 per hour to start; $21.00 per hour after completion of Phase One (typically 30 days); $22.00 per hour after completion of Phase Two (typically 60 days). This compensation information is United Business Bank's good‑faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
