ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Banker, you will:
- Work as an individual contributor at a steady, even pace with clear direction.
- Provide support and service to clients in a cooperative environment.
- Deliver detailed and accurate work by following established guidelines.
- Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies while interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Assist in processing account transactions and achieving sales and service goals.
- Build rapport with clients and fellow associates while treating everyone with respect.
Additional responsibilities include introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions, and supporting other departments as needed.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.

Ideal candidates possess:
- Previous banking, cash handling, or financial services experience.
- 6+ months of sales experience.
- Self‑starter, passionate and motivated.
- Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and sound decision‑making.
- Multitasking capability.
- Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems.
- Mathematical skills for calculating figures and percentages.
Associate Bankers may need to lift, push, pull, lift, bend, roll, and hold hands or arms overhead. Overtime may be required (typically no more than 5%). Flexible scheduling is allowed.
Incentives and BenefitsThis role is eligible for a scorecard‑based incentive plan that can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned monthly based on performance metrics.
