Position: Full-time Hair Barber and Stylist

Start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage. Bonuses are paid weekly, and the more you bring in, the more you take home. Your annual take‑home averages between $33.50 to $66 per hour.

This full‑time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Your day starts by setting up your workstation and reviewing appointments. You’ll greet clients, discuss their preferences, perform haircuts and grooming services, manage multiple clients, and collaborate with teammates. By day’s end, many clients leave happy and confident.

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
• Reliability and punctuality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
