Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or injuries. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and improve their quality of life. This position may involve working in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, home health, and community care environments.

• Shift: Days, 10 hrs
• Pay package: $3,006 weekly

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.

• Minimum Qualifications
  :
  Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT);
  Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado;
  Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred Qualifications
  : 3 (three) years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient settings;
  Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
