• Lead and manage the nursing department to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Supervise and mentor the nursing leadership team, including ADONs, Nurse Managers, and other key staff
• Oversee clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and resident care planning
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care
• Conduct regular audits and participate in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Provide ongoing staff development, training, and evaluations
  
  Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe and clean environment

• Current RN license in the state of CO or a compact state
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility
• Previous leadership experience as a DON, ADON, or comparable role strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care
• Committed to maintaining the dignity and well‑being of all residents
