Your Role at HRRMC
- Act as the hub that keeps patient care flowing; manage clinic and surgical appointment scheduling, referrals, and service coordination.
- Collaborate with OR staff, Patient Financial Services, Central Scheduling, and Financial Counselors to ensure cross‑department coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- A service‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in EHR scheduling and call‑management software.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage phone calls, in‑person interactions, and scheduling needs simultaneously.
- Knowledge of telehealth applications and ancillary services is a plus.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school degree with a minimum of three years of responsible business experience, preferably in a public relations, healthcare setting, or other professional setting.
