Our clinical team is searching for an organized, proactive, people‑centered professional to support our Clinic Providers and Surgeons across multiple specialties.

Your Role at HRRMC

  • Act as the hub that keeps patient care flowing; manage clinic and surgical appointment scheduling, referrals, and service coordination.
  • Collaborate with OR staff, Patient Financial Services, Central Scheduling, and Financial Counselors to ensure cross‑department coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • A service‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in EHR scheduling and call‑management software.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage phone calls, in‑person interactions, and scheduling needs simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of telehealth applications and ancillary services is a plus.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • High school degree with a minimum of three years of responsible business experience, preferably in a public relations, healthcare setting, or other professional setting.
