What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality therapy interventions following the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
- Support patients in their journey to recovery by promoting functional independence and preventing further injuries.
- Collaborate in discharge planning and provide supervision to therapy aides as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques to continue progress outside of sessions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The Physical Therapist Assistant is a graduate of a physical therapist assistant/Associate degree program accredited by the APTA and an agency recognized by the Secretary of the US Department of Education or the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation. Six months to one year related experience and/or training required.
