• Facilitate fun, engaging, therapeutic, and social activities that promote residents’ emotional and physical well‑being
• Assist the Activity Director in assessing, planning, selecting, and conducting activities that meet residents’ interests and care needs
• Help prepare monthly activity calendars, flyers, and communication materials
• Build positive rapport with residents and families, encouraging participation and creating excitement
• Document resident involvement and progress; complete other duties as assigned by leadership

• At least 1 year of job‑related experience preferred; long‑term care experience is a plus (other relevant experience also valued)
• Creative, enthusiastic, and reliable team player
• Motivated self‑starter who enjoys inspiring seniors to engage and connect
• Passionate about supporting individualized care and meaningful resident experiences
