• Current driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel up to 60 miles.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Physical lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Perform homemaking and personal care duties in the client’s home.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Protect and respect client confidentiality and maintain personal health information per policy.
• Complete requisite paperwork and documentation on time and accurately.
• Attend applicable training and communicate training needs to office staff.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
• Communicate with office personnel about client needs and coordinate care with family members.
