• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver interventions and track outcomes
• Educate patients on home care and long‑term wellness
• Supervise PTAs, aides, or students
• Participate in clinic operations, community outreach, and provider events

• Graduate of an accredited PT program with active CO license (or eligibility)
• Passion for outpatient rehab, including ortho, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, and fall‑risk
• 1+ year of outpatient experience preferred (but not required)
• Pelvic health experience a plus — training available
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
