As the Retail Pharmacy Manager, in collaboration with the retail pharmacy operations director and system director for retail pharmacy, you will be in charge of the retail location that you are overseeing. In addition to performing the duties of a Retail Pharmacist, the Retail Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the accurate interpretation and preparation of prescription and over the counter medications ordered by a provider at their respective pharmacy location.

You will ensure the proper filling of these orders in compliance with state, federal, and hospital policies and procedures. With the assistance of the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee all employees at your pharmacy location. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with workflow design and operations, personnel selection, and all initiatives pertaining to his/her retail pharmacy location.

• Graduate from school of pharmacy required
• One year in pharmacy environment preferred
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
