- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Current CDE Special Services Provider license with endorsement in Speech Therapy, Speech Correction, or Speech/Language Pathology.
As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education and treatment programs for students facing communication challenges due to developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This is your chance to work in a supportive school environment and make a meaningful impact on students' development.
Job Details:- Part-Time: 2 days/week (approximately 15 hours).
- In-Person Only: Engage directly with students.
- Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year.
- Setting: Elementary School.
- Manage and organize specialized materials and equipment essential to the speech and language program.
- Provide educationally related communication interventions for students with language, speech, or hearing disorders.
- Assess speech and language skills of students suspected of having communication disorders and collaborate with teachers on IEP goals.
- Offer resources, modeling strategies, and training to team members in communication interventions.
- Communicate regularly about individual student assessments and progress with school staff and parents.
