Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support within an elementary school setting in Longmont, CO. The role is designed as a contract position for the current school year (CSY), presenting a rewarding chance to impact the communication and learning outcomes of young students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services aligned with students IEP goals
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and maintain detailed documentation
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to enhance communication skills and academic achievement
Qualifications and
Experience:
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Experience in an elementary school environment preferred
* Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and disorders
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Commitment to fostering positive student relationships and educational growth
