Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to provide occupational therapy services within a K-12 school setting in Longmont, CO. The role focuses on supporting school-aged children with therapeutic interventions designed to improve their functional abilities and participation in the educational environment.
Qualifications and Desired
Experience:
* Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license and credentials
* Experience delivering occupational therapy in school settings, preferably K-12
* Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and healthcare providers
* Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Knowledge of educational and developmental needs of children
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and assess students' occupational therapy needs
* Design and deliver therapy services to support students' academic success and daily functioning
* Collaborate with school staff and families to integrate therapeutic strategies
* Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standards
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress
