Required Skills:

• Valid LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical and observational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused nature
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Accurate documentation and reporting skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare environment
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN nursing program
• Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
