Requirement Notice for All Applicants:
Experience and interest in working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults
Ability to offer culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy across a range of presenting concerns, such as:
Depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD/CPTSDLGBTQ+ concerns
Eating disorders and disordered eating
Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD)
Substance use recovery
Relationship challenges
Religious abuse and deconstruction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace (experience with Simple Practice is a plus)
Optional:
Ability to offer group therapy
Create your own schedule with one evening availability per week requirement (or weekend availability if preferred)
Choose hybrid work based in Broomfield, CO, or fully remote.

Administrative and billing tasks handled by the practice
Professional DevelopmentSupervision for pre-licensed clinicians provided onsite at no cost
Paid monthly case consultations, training, and continuing education opportunities for all clinicians
Opportunities to supervise pre-licensed clinicians for licensed team members, reducing clinical hour requirements
Mosaic will cover the cost of the Psy Pact application, enabling telehealth across participating states

Licensed (Full Time) Compensation and Expectations- Licensed: $45-$65 per clinical hour based on experience and credentials
- Plus a base admin rate for note writing, initial phone consultations, team meetings, and training
Expected
Hours:
~32 hours/week for full-time (minimum 23 client hours/week, with reduced clinical hour requirements for licensed clinicians supervising pre-licensed team members)
Active licensure as a psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado (residence in Colorado not required)
Psy Pact eligibility preferred (for psychologists), Mosaic will pay for cost of getting Psy Pact if not already
Your Role at MosaicMaintain a caseload of minimum 26 clients per week (or fewer if supervising pre-licensed clinicians).
Focus on clinical care while the practice handles administrative and billing tasks.
