Healthforce is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Brookside, Colorado. The role runs for 13 weeks starting 10/12/2026, with a guaranteed 35 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $1,340 to $1,427.
Shifts are 5x8 from 08:00 to 16:30 in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate holds an active Colorado COTA license (or eligibility), NBCOT certification, and an OTA degree.
