Berthoud Care and Rehabilitation in Berthoud, CO, is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term and short-term care. The facility is fully staffed by an in‑house therapy team that works directly with the resident population.

The Physical Therapist will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative services, support clinical development, and collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to achieve superior clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring new therapists, participating in clinical and program development, and upholding infection control standards.
