POSITION SUMMARY HIM Coder IVPOSITION DUTIESThe Inpatient Coder is responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on clinical documentation and physician orders.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent required,
* Remote - can work in any state except Alaska, Hawaii, Washington and California
