The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales department by coordinating group reservations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. • Facilitate group room reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide outstanding service to clients and guests.
• Manage and maintain group account files, tracking all agreements, dates, and relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and reservations.
• Assist with sales activities, including preparing proposals and contracts for group bookings.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including report generation, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales and room bookings.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, group reservations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
