10th Mountain Whiskey & Spirits is on the hunt for a qualified candidate to fill the role of a Tasting Room Manager/Distillery Assistant. This person will assist in furthering our customer experience and sales at our Tasting Room/Distillery in Gypsum, CO. The Tasting Room Manager position is excellent for a local (Gypsum and surrounding areas) who is excited to be face‑to‑face with our guests and assist in everything from pouring drinks to helping in sales of bottles, merch, and more.

In addition, this candidate will become familiar and help with Bottling, Labeling, Shipping, Barrel Management, and Distilling.

Job Description – The following task summarizes most, but not all, of your responsibilities:

• Overall general operations / Daily Management / Sales at tasting room
• Guest Relations
• In‑house inventory once a month
• Infusions / Simple Syrup / Cocktail Creation
• Retail Merch / Product Development
• Cleaning & General Maintenance
• Weekly Bank Deposits
• Lead Contact on Tasting Room / Distillery events
• Distillery Assistance (bottling, labeling, extra hand when needed.)
• Work closely with Andy Ioele, the Vail Tasting Room manager on inventory management
• Work closely with Stephen Jacobs, our Sales & Distribution rep to transfer merch to the Vail store
• Work off‑site events

This is a Full‑time position with a Competitive Salary.

Must be able to work Thursday‑Sunday, 1‑9 pm. Flexible the other day of the week. Please be sure to include your favorite cocktail and write Whiskey three times when sending your information.
