Hotel Night Auditor

• Operate the Hotel and Front Desk during the overnight shift.
• Register guests, assign rooms, update guest history, confirm payment, check in guests, make reservations.
• Prepare daily financial reports, balance transactions, transmit daily receipts, and complete shift checklists.
• Problem solve and troubleshoot guest issues with a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with all aspects of guest services and present a positive impression of the establishment.
• Confirm guest satisfaction, close billing, issue receipts, and store luggage by lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Supply information to guests regarding on‑site facilities and upcoming events.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, and sorting mail.
• Verify and confirm guest registrants for security reasons.
• Communicate information between shifts to maintain department objectives.
• Assist in the training of new Night Auditor duties and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Two (2) or more years of experience as a Front Desk Clerk or Auditor at a large upscale property or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of related customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment.
• Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and provide excellent guest service.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.

$21.00+ per hour based on experience.
