What You’ll Be Doing
  • Night Owl Alert:
    Work as our Night Auditor during those cozy overnight hours.
  • Guest Interaction Pro:
    Greet guests with professionalism and warmth, embodying the Hoffmann’s hospitality standards.
  • Audit Like a Boss:
    Prepare the night audit package and reports with precision and care.
  • Tech-Savvy Superstar:
    Show off your strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Issue Resolution Guru:
    Handle guest concerns with poise, ensuring satisfaction while keeping our goals in mind.
  • Communication Champion:
    Relay important info to various departments like a pro.
  • Guest Advocate:

What You’ll Need
  • Previous Front Desk experience is a plus!
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience that shines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A willingness to embrace overnight shifts and work independently.
  • Stellar written and communication skills; bonus points for additional languages!
