• Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality
• Enthusiastically greet all guests, warmly engage and promptly complete the guest’s order
• Anticipate guests’ needs and offer services prior to the guest asking
• Maintain current knowledge of all menu items, being able to answer questions about ingredients, preparation, etc.
• Quickly and efficiently serve guests, adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements

• Positive, enthusiastic individual with the ability to deliver exemplary customer service
• Ability to handle high-volume, high-stress situations and adapt to slower periods
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work mornings and weekends
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and good communication skills
