• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling registration and communication of hotel services.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hyatt’s standard of hospitality.

• Experience as a front desk clerk or similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others and contribute to guest satisfaction.
