Ideal candidate MUST have:
- 5 to 9 years of CURRENT General Manager experience
- Independent resort General Manager experience in current role
- Prefer to have experience with a historic property!
Our Resort General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable operation by performing the following duties personally or through members of the hotel team. The Resort General Manager will ensure staff receive proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures. The Resort General Manager will also inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds ensuring overall cleanliness and appearance.
The Resort General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. The Resort General Manager will be a role model for our team and be able to motivate and lead them to provide the best experience for our guests!

Qualifications:
- The Resort General Manager must have a minimum of five years of related experience and training within the hospitality industry;
Full-Service Hotel Property experience is required. - Must be able to relocate to Estes Park, CO to be considered for this Resort General Manager position.
- The Resort General Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
- The Resort General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to all areas of the operation.
- The Resort General Manager should have a history of achieving solid financial results.
- The Resort General Manager must possess leadership qualities and have strong communication skills.
