As a Human Resources Coordinator, you support multiple areas across the HR function, including employee relations, talent, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and HRIS. - Pay range: $19.71-$24.76 per hour

- Intake employee relations issues, provide initial guidance, follow up, and track trends for continuous improvement.
- Manage unemployment claims and job verification requests with third‑party vendors and field leadership.
- Monitor HR inboxes, Service Now tickets, and review/approve HRIS tasks in Workday.
- Partner with recruiting to provide support when needed.
- Audit I‑9 documents and E‑Verify cases; collaborate with Operations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct weekly employee data audits, resolve discrepancies, and send separation notices and exit interviews.
- Reconcile and process HR‑related invoices.
- Collaborate with other HR functions on initiatives and shared priorities.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as business evolves.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum of one year of administrative, human resources, or Noodles restaurant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for building professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Capability to navigate HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Integrity and high standards in managing confidential data.
- Logical reasoning to identify high‑risk issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and independent judgment.
- Flexibility and dedication to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
- This is a hybrid role with 2‑3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. Candidates should reside locally or be open to relocation.
