Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting function in Aurora, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position is centered on coordinating recruiting operations, keeping administrative tasks on track, and ensuring timely follow-up with hiring teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing shifting priorities, and confident working in a direct, fast-paced environment where precision and responsiveness are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruiting activities by tracking open requisitions, monitoring progress through each hiring stage, and keeping related administrative work current.
• Follow up on resume requests, candidate submissions, and manager feedback to help move hiring decisions forward without delay.
• Prepare and deliver recruiting data, reports, and search results by using internal tools and available resources to respond to stakeholder requests efficiently.
• Maintain clear notes, action items, and status updates so next steps are easy to identify and execute.
• Support interview scheduling and appointment coordination to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks and other recruiting support activities as needed.
• Adapt to changing daily priorities, shifting assignments quickly while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Contribute to job posting support over time, including updating established templates and helping tailor postings for new openings when needed.
