Required Skill Set:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology field
• Minimum of 2 to 7+ yrs. experience in the software quality assurance industry, preferably in an Agile environment (depending on job level)
• Working experience with one or more database technologies and knowledge of RDBMS and SQL concepts
• Working knowledge database technologies (RMBDS and No
  
  SQL)
• Demonstrated proficiency using UNIX/Linux for basic shell & file manipulation
• Expert in error log troubleshooting
• Self-sufficient and can lead test plan design and execution
• Experience with Rally or similar Agile project management and lifecycle tracking tool
• In-depth knowledge and experience testing Web Service APIs (SOAP & REST)
• Hands on experience with open-source test tools and automation platforms (Fit Nesse, REST clients, and Selenium)
• Works to introduce automation where needed and can promote incorporating automated tests into continuous integration workflows
• Ability to perform load and performance test scripts utilizing tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Grinder, etc.
