** Data Analyst
** to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions and uncover actionable insights.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and the capacity to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
* Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in complex data sets to support strategic decision-making
* Prepare and present reports and findings to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
* Support data-driven projects by providing insights, recommendations, and predictive analysis
* Maintain documentation of methodologies, processes, and results for future reference##
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in

** Economics**,
** Data Science**, or a related field
* 2-4 years proven experience in
** data analysis**,
** business intelligence**, or a similar role

*** Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as

** Python**, or
** R
* ** Experience with
** data visualization platforms** (e.g.,
** Tableau**,
** Power BI**)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills##

*** Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Project management experience is a plus

**** Base Pay**:68,000. USD Annual
** Target Annual Short-Term Incentive**:
