What You Will Do:

You will be supporting a Raytheon program in a classified environment as a Linux System Administrator in Aurora, CO or Richardson, TX Responsibilities include the monitoring and support of systems that are operational 24x7 and which occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.

You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, accurately document issues in logging and discrepancy reporting tools. The role will support system engineering groups as needed for ongoing analysis and integration efforts, design/implement updates to satisfy requirements flowed down from engineering, and upgrade existing COTS products to targeted baselines.

This position serves as a help desk team member in a customer-facing environment, so the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with other teams and with the customer is of utmost importance, as you will be expected to uphold our excellent reputation.
