Associate Attorney (Probate, Elder Law & Litigation)
$115,000 to $150,000 DOE
I’m currently representing an established, mid-sized Colorado law firm looking to add an Associate Attorney to its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience who wants to broaden their practice and build a long‑term career within a supportive, family‑friendly firm.
The successful attorney will gain exposure across probate, estate administration, elder law, fiduciary matters, guardian ships, conservatorships and trust and estate disputes, while maintaining a strong litigation focus.
The RoleYou’ll handle a varied caseload including:
- Probate and estate administration proceedings and related litigation
- Guardianship and conservatorship matters
- Court appearances, hearings and mediations
- Direct interaction with clients, opposing counsel, fiduciaries, beneficiaries and experts
- Approximately 2–5 years of meaningful litigation experience
- An interest in developing expertise in probate, trusts and estates and elder law>
- Comfortable handling client‑facing matters and appearing in court
- Someone looking for a long‑term home rather than simply their next move
- $115,000 to $150,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Full benefits
- Supportive team of attorneys and professional staff
- Genuine work‑life balance
- Opportunity to develop a broader specialist practice
- Long‑term career progression within an established Colorado firm
This would particularly suit a civil or commercial litigator looking to move into a more specialized practice area while continuing to develop their contentious experience.
